After purchasing their home, this client was ready to make it truly their own. Needing more space and a layout that fit their lifestyle, we removed the existing roof and rebuilt it with room-in-attic trusses and dormers, adding beautifully character-filled living space above. The main floor was thoughtfully reworked to open up the kitchen to views of the wild backyard, expand lake-facing living areas, and modernize the primary suite.
