This 1970s-era lower level was due for a full facelift. The reimagined design now brings together a billiards room with bar, a gaming setup, a theater area, and a special spot for the owner’s vinyl collection. We preserved the home’s original personality—highlighted by the funky staircase and brick fireplace—while layering in modern amenities. Behind the scenes, upgrades such as improved insulation, sound deadening, and new windows and doors ensure the space is as comfortable as it is stylish.
